Dear
Gay Liberation Front of Melbourne University is at present seeking information from all Faculties, Boards, Departments, Deans and Heads of Departments with regard to their attitudes and policies towards homosexuals.
We would like to know whether you would in any way discriminate against any member of the academic staff, general staff or students who are either homosexual or have homosexual relationship.
Would you please advise whether your Faculty, Board or Department have such a policy, and to state its content.
If there is no policy, would you please consider formulating a definitive statement at your earliest convenience possible.
Gay Liberation Front intends to collate this information. We are firmly opposed to any discrimination based on a persons sex or sexual preference. We are prepared to expose and resist any such discrimination.
We hope you will be able to oblige us with our request.
Yours sincerely,
